OMENTAL PREGNANCY: REPORT CASE AND LITERATURE REVIEW

Objective: Abdominal pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic with very high morbidity and mortality for both the mother fetus. Diagnosis management can pose some difficulties especially in low-resource centers. The objective this stady to illustrate different epidemiological, clinical therapeutic data abdominal pregnancy. Patient observation: We present an additional case primary omental at 12 gestational weeks presenting symptoms hemoperitoneum acute abdomen. Pregnancy status was confirmed after admission. Transvaginal ultrasound examination revealed single viable fetus large amount free peritoneal fluid, but no intrauterine sac or adnexal mass Laparotomy done according pre-operative diagnosis ruptured tubal Bilateral tubes ovaries were intact detected partial omentectomy performed. Conclusion: Early diagnostic difficult essential reduce mortality.
